Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a month-to-month basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and features may change with reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish content from the Service without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or other accounts.

All content, models, software, branding, and other materials provided through the Service are owned by BigBlackBets or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigBlackBets and its operators, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or betting losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may be communicated through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
